Want to make a simple referral?

You have two ways to use the Internet to create referrals.

1 - Use Index's Encrypted Secure Web Form to create your referral.
A new browser window will appear on your screen. This browser will open in an HTTPS SSL encrypted session. This SSL session ensures that client names and referral details are transmitted to Index in a secure web environment.

2 - Use Index's unqiue client Referral Management Software with your browser. It allows you to create referrals, upload medical documents and x-ray images, update and report on referrals as well as receive instant real-time status updates on the referral or referral outcomes. This software greatly simplifies the referral management process while bringing you reporting capabilities that no other referral provider can offer you. You will require a User ID and password to log-in. Index's software utilizes a VerSign SSL Certificate - which is the same security that your bank uses for Internet Transactions.

Reporting
Want to know the outcome percentages of all patient referrals made in the last 6 months including the outcome percentage of 'Fit', 'Unfit' or 'Fit with Restrictions' - by specialty? Can you click a mouse? Then you can report on it!

How does it work?
Our Referral Software is unique in the industry and we've made it incredibly easy. Log-in, enter or locate the employee name from the database, click which tests or IME's are required. You may then attach any relevant medical records to the referral request. We'll book the referral virtually instantly and you'll see in real-time the booking time and appointment details.

Whereas other companies provide a web-form to fill out a referral (which does nothing for you), Index developed this entire web-based application which allows you to report on the referrals made in a given period of time.
